What fitness level do I need?

We require sufficient physical fitness to handle several hours in the saddle. Although the terrain is not highly technical, moderate endurance is necessary. If you ride regularly 2–3 times a week, you are ready.
What happens if I have a mechanical issue during the ride?

Our program includes bike maintenance throughout all tours and we have a mechanic available. The support vehicle is always nearby during the route for any emergency.
¿What protective gear do I need?

Usually, a helmet and gloves are sufficient. We also recommend sunglasses, technical cycling clothing and appropriate footwear. We will send you a full list upon booking confirmation.
¿Do you provide routes in GPX format?

Yes, all materials including GPX files will be provided a few days before the event starts so you can familiarize yourself with the route.
Can I rent a bike?

Yes, we offer a premium high-end bicycle rental service, custom-fitted to your measurements. Si prefer to bring your own bike, is also possible; we coordinate transport.
What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 15 days before the event by emailing info@gobikecr.com. Bookings must be made 90 days in advance.
¿In which countries do you operate?

We currently operate tours in Costa Rica, Colombia, Spain and France. Costa Rica is our main destination with several active routes. We are constantly expanding to new destinations.
¿Are accommodation and meals included?

Yes. All our tours include hotel nights with breakfast, lunches and dinners according to each route's itinerary. We ensure that the dining experience is part of the adventure.
How do I pay for my booking?

Upon confirming availability we send you payment instructions. We accept bank transfers and secure payment methods. The amount and deadlines are coordinated directly with our team.
What is the Go Bike kit?

The Go Bike kit includes the official SUAREZ event jersey and other tour materials. It is part of the experience of belonging to the Go Bike group on every adventure.
