Everything you need
to know before riding

Every journey begins with a good question. We help you find the answers — one pedal stroke at a time.

We require sufficient physical fitness to handle several hours in the saddle. Although the terrain is not overly technical, moderate endurance is necessary. If you ride regularly at least 2–3 times a week, you are ready.
Our program includes bike maintenance throughout all tours. We also have a mechanic available in case of any issue. The support vehicle is always nearby during the route.
Normally, a helmet and gloves are sufficient. We also recommend sunglasses, technical cycling clothing and appropriate footwear. We will send you a complete list of recommended equipment upon booking confirmation.
Yes, all materials including GPX files will be provided several days before the event begins, so you can familiarize yourself with the route and load it onto your cycling computer.
Yes, we offer a premium high-end bicycle rental service. Bikes are fitted to your measurements before the tour. Bringing your own bike is also welcome; we coordinate the transport.
We offer rescheduling without penalty up to 30 days before the event. For cancellations with less notice, a flexible policy applies depending on the case. Contact us directly to review available options.
We currently operate tours in Costa Rica, Colombia, Spain and France. Costa Rica is our main destination with several active routes. We are constantly expanding to new destinations — follow us on social media to stay updated.
Yes, all our tours include accommodation in selected hotels and lodges with breakfast included, as well as dinners during tour days. We ensure the dining experience is part of the adventure.
